BDS People, le Tour de Gold Coast….. On Sunday the 12th of October 2008 we saw the starting of a great team effort during the 2008 le Tour de Gold Coast or better known as the Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge.  We wish to thank Johnston Rorke Accountants, Porter Davies Lawyers and IP Systems for sponsoring the team and a special thank you to Harbour IT for their fantastic contribution and “mate-ship” in making this event possible and an important one for the awareness of the Heart Foundation and Diabetes Australia. Well done to Brent Cole, Martin Mitchell, Tony Reade, Dario Pigozzo, Bryan Costin, Bernie Rasenberger, Christian Kaiplinger, Danny Askin, Steve Baker, Nicholas Cole and Brayden Mitchell. Altogether the team through their “peddle-power” raised over $1100.00 for both foundations. Thank you to Brian and Dom for their tremendous support with organising the delicious breakfast and everyone else who came along on the day to support the team.  Watch out for next year, this could become an annual event with a larger team entry!
